Chocolate eclairs

I have previously made profiteroles, but I wanted to try making eclairs, as the recipe I used for the profiteroles was a success. The method to make eclairs is very similar. For the recipe to make profiteroles, please click the link below:

Meat maqlooba

Maqlooba is the arabic word used for upside down...and this dish requires you to turn the rice upside down, hence the name. I have made chicken maqlooba before:

http://www.nosaibasfood.com/2012/11/chicken-maqlooba.html

but this one is using meat instead, and differs from the ingredients used in the chicken maqlooba. I have tried to measure out ingredients so I can share this recipe with you:

Buttermilk scones

So I have buttermilk left over, as I bought them especially to make the red velvet cupcakes the other day. The expiry for the buttermilk is tomorrow, so I wanted to use it up so it doesn't go to waste...and buttermilk scones caught my attention:

Parsnip Soup

Our neighbour gave us a bag of parsnips freshly picked from her allotment, so I roasted them on one day, and the next day I thought a parsnip soup might be a good way to use up these parsnips. To be honest, I wasn't going to upload this recipe, because as you will see later, it isn't the best looking soup you will see - but what made me upload is the fact it tastes delicious...so if you are making it for yourself/family, it really is an easy and tasty recipe...

Date & walnut flapjacks

I bought oats a while back to add to the topping of my apple crumble (see link below for recipe), and since then I have not used them for anything else. So I was thinking of a way to use up the oats, and still make something delicious....so flapjacks came to mind.

Love tabooli, and if you try it, you will understand why! I never make it with accurate measurements, I just put the dressings according to how much I feel is needed, but for this time, I measured out everything so I can write it all up for you.
