This is a typical Lebanese breakfast, easy to make and delicious to enjoy. It is the kind of breakfast you can sit around as a family and enjoy it from the same plate - sunnah style! Boiling the eggs and potato in advance and leaving them in the fridge means your breakfast is virtually ready in the morning!

I was at work, yet thinking what should I cook when I get home (being the sad person I am :p). So I asked my Bengali colleague what is her favourite dish, so that I can cook it. She told me it is prawn saag - and told me how she makes it. It sounded straight forward and delicious, so I nipped into the supermarket on my way home, and it sure was worth it....
