Triple chocolate caramel brownies

I have previously made dark chocolate brownies, which were a delicious success:

But these are triple chocolate caramel browniesssss.....just to give an even bigger sugar rush, and get the blood sugar levels shooting through the roof! This is easy to make, and quite fun if you ask me :D

Saag gosht (spinach & lamb curry)

After seeing a picture of spinach and lamb curry, I couldn't help wanting to make it myself, as I just think that combo is spot on! It is surprisingly easy to make, and this dish is sooo  full of flavour mashAllah!! The amount of chilli I have written below was even quite spicy for myself, but feel free to increase or decrease according to your taste buds.

Chicken pilau rice

This chicken pilau is common in the Pakistani, Punjabi/Karachi regions. What I loved most about this is that it is so delicious, full of flavour, yet mild for those who cannot bare too much spice. It also isn't so time consuming, and really straight forward.

Easy and healthy penne pasta

I got a request to make something 'student' friendly, someone who is on a budget and has no time to spare in the kitchen...so nothing too fancy or expensive. So I thought why not make an easy yet at the same time healthy penne pasta. This recipe contains no salt, no oil, no cheese - no nothing naughty...only easy delicious ingredients, which you can feel free to add or remove anything that you wish. I have kept it basic because I wanted it to be as healthy yet flavoursome as possible.
