Feta and spinach rolls

I have a bad habit of picking up random items when food shopping, in hope I will make something with them. This time I picked up spinach, and as I walked past the cheese aisle, I thought oooo a feta and spinach roll sounds like a good idea. So here it is, feta and spinach roll!

Fasoolia فاصوليا (Lebanese white broad bean stew)

Lebanese people tend to eat stews, their version of a curry, which is usually served with rice, or it could be eaten with bread. To make this stew, or yakhna in arabic, it doesn't require much effort, just pre-planning, as you will read below.

Samosas filled with a minced meat mixture

It has been a while since I uploaded a recipe, and I have to put my hands up and plead guilty! I am sorry, no excuses, other than its been a very busy couple of weekends, and although I have cooked a few things, I just haven't had the chance to upload them.

So, to try and make up for it, here is a recipe for some delicious minced meat samosas. I have been using this filling since wayyyy back, and mashAllah the family love it. It isn't difficult to make at all, and you can pack them nicely and keep them in the freezer for future frying (or baking if you so wish).
