Puff pastry pizza

This is so easy, I contemplated whether I should even upload it, as there really is nothing to making this! It is such a quick and easy meal, with no real cooking involved. If you are short for time, or wish to make something that tastes delicious with little effort, then this is perfect for you!

The quantity of the toppings have not been mentioned, as what you add to make your pizza is completely up to you and your taste buds!
  • Skill level: Too simple to be true
  • Serves: 3-4 people
  • Preparation time: 5 mins
  • Cooking time: 15-20 min
What you will need:

1 x 320g puff pastry sheet (or puff pastry cube which you roll out into a thin layer)
tomato puree
ketchup
bbq sauce
onion, peeled and finely chopped
cheddar cheese
mozzarella cheese
bell pepper, sliced
mushrooms, sliced
oregano
thyme (zaatar)

How to make:

1) Roll out the puff pastry to a size that is good for your oven tray

2) Grease the tray and lay the puff pastry over it. Add the tomato puree and bbq sauce as the base, and cover with the toppings that you like

3) Fold any excess pastry over to form a neat shaped pizza

4) Place into a hot oven for 15-20 mins or until the cheese has melted

To be honest, you eat a pizza, without the hassle of making the pizza dough! It really is super easy and super delicious! Enjoy! :)
