Crispy fried chicken

Who does not like some crispy fried chicken? Delicious, crispy, spicy...with a juicy chicken when you crack through it.

Scrambled eggs - Nosaiba style

I am not entirely sure whether the way I make scrambled eggs is a Lebanese style - or whether it is my adapted version of scrambled eggs! I wasn't sure whether I should even upload this, because there isn't much effort when it comes to scrambled eggs - but I thought I would since I have been asked about this before. So here it goes :)

Easy potato wedges

I am sure there are many recipes out there which make these differently- many part boil the potatoes before putting them in the oven...but if I can make something easy, I will... and the way these potato wedges are made have minimal effort, and turn out absolutely delicious!

Chicken bhuna with red peppers

It has been a while since I uploaded, forgive me for this. But I hope and pray that great things are yet to come...and my latest update is a new camera gifted to me by my amazing sisters, which I am yet to figure out or take any decent shots. However, I have tried to take pictures of the chicken bhuna using my new camera :)

This recipe is a little bit of a chicken curry with a twist, I wasn't really too sure whether to call it chicken bhuna or not, as I added tomato paste, freshly cut tomatoes and red peppers sliced as a Nosaiba extra.
