Directions

When you want to put something sweet together quickly, with minimum effort yet delicious results - this is perfect!
  1. Dissolve the coffee in the hot water. Then add the chocolate to this, and melt in the microwave, stirring well every 10 seconds until fully melted
  2. Using an electric whisk, whip the crème fraîche, adding a tablespoon of powdered sugar at a time, checking the taste until it is sweet enough for you
  3.  Keep whisking until the crème fraîche becomes stiff (be patient, this could take 5 minutes of whisking)
  4. Add a few tablespoons of the crème fraîche to the chocolate to equalise the temperature and mix, then add the chocolate to the crème fraîche and whip to blend together
  5. Place the mixture in serving glasses, and refrigerate for at least one hour

This is such a good recipe to make for guests - if you do not have time to spend preparing something, literally 15 mins max on prep, and leave it in the fridge till serving! It also tastes good - which of course is what one hopes when making anything! So enjoy :)
