I have made this before, and for days I have been wanting to make it...because I find it sooo tasty and yummy and easy and just....ok, I will calm down and share the recipe :)
  1. Put the pasta in a pot, and cover with enough boiling water and an inch or two more. Add olive oil and salt to the pasta and leave to simmer on medium heat for 10 mins. In the last minute, add the broccoli, then drain
  2. Melt the butter with the oil in a pot on medium heat, then add the onions until translucent in colour
  3. Add the chicken and cook until the colour changes
  4. Add the mushrooms and peppers to the chicken mixture, then add the flour and mix well to coat well
  5. Then add the milk, salt, pepper, mixed herb and oregano and continue mixing until the mixture thickens up a little - maybe 10-15 mins on medium heat
  6. Place the pasta into an oven dish, and pour the mixture on top. Put the grated cheese over the pasta and place at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 mins or until golden from the top

This is an easy meal, which tastes absolutely fabulous. You really need to try this and experience the yumminess, lol. Enjoyyyy :)
