Directions

When you want something easy, yet delicious - with minimal effort - why not make these and enjoy them as they are, or in a wrap, in bread, over a salad...the options are plentiful! I wanted to put them on skewers but we didn't have any, so putting them as they are on the grill it had to be - and I was pleased with the outcome. I have made shish tawouk before, but this has a different take on the marinate :)
  1. In a bowl, add the ingredients listed above, mix well - cover - and leave in the fridge to marinate. You can do this for as short as 15 minutes or overnight if you prefer
  2. Place rack over a foiled tray, then place the chicken pieces one by one onto the rack. Place any remaining marinate over the chicken. Place in the oven for 7-10 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius, before turning the chicken round and leaving for a further 5 minutes or until cooked through

You may wish to serve this up in many ways, but whichever way you choose, I hope you enjoy :)
