Directions
I had phyllo pastry remaining from yesterdays baklawa recipe, and I also had bought brie cheese a while back, which was going to go off, so this is how brie and cranberry rolls came in existence... :)
- Brush the melted butter over the pastry (either cut the sheet in half or use it all - depending on how big you want the rolls), then place a few chunks of brie cheese and a few cranberries
- Roll into a springroll shape, by folding the edges diagonally, then rolling it up
- Place onto a greased baking pan, and heat on 200 degrees Celsius for 15 mins, or until golden
It really is super simple, and a nice side treat. Enjoy :)
